Sauberkeit

The Zimmer cleaning is extremely poor. Housekeeping was basic with bed linen not changed for 5 days und floors that felt sticky.

Service

The staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay, but there were chaos during Frühstück service.

Lage

The hotel is conveniently located nahe a shopping mall und popular attractions, despite being nahe a construction site.

Zimmer Quality

The hotel appears to have lost some of its former luxury, but Zimmer are generally comfortable.

Facilities are suitable for a smooth stay, though some maintenance issues were noted.
