The hotel sits beside Golf Las Américas in the Playa de las Américas area of Arona, on Tenerife’s south coast. This position is quieter than the main nightlife and beachfront strips, but still practical for reaching Los Cristianos, Playa de las Vistas, Siam Park and the resort centre by taxi, car or a longer walk. The golf-course setting gives open views across the fairways, with the Atlantic and La Gomera visible from selected areas. Tenerife South Airport is the most convenient airport for this part of the island and is roughly 15 km away.

• Los Cristianos – approx. 2 km: a neighbouring resort town with beaches, harbour activity and ferry links.
• Playa del Camisón – approx. 2 km: a smaller sheltered beach near the southern end of Playa de las Américas.
• Puerto Colón – approx. 3 km: a marina area for boat trips, whale-watching excursions and waterfront restaurants.
• Teide National Park – approx. 48 km: Tenerife’s volcanic highland landscape, best visited by car or organised tour.

• Reserve tee times in advance during winter and spring, when South Tenerife golf demand is often higher.
• Use taxis for evening trips to Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos if you prefer not to walk back from the resort areas after dark.
• Pack sun protection for golf rounds; the south of Tenerife is usually dry and exposed, even outside peak summer.
• For beaches, compare Playa de las Vistas for space and facilities with smaller nearby coves for a quieter swim.
• Hire a car if you plan to visit Teide National Park, Masca, northern Tenerife or several coastal towns in one stay.

South Tenerife is a year-round destination, with mild winter temperatures that suit golf and outdoor dining. October to May is particularly useful for travellers avoiding colder northern European weather, while July and August are hotter and busier with summer holidays. Spring and autumn often offer a good balance of warmth, golfing conditions and manageable resort crowds.
